**Cancellation Policy – XFI Tech Solutions**

Thank you for choosing XFI Tech Solutions! We are committed to providing high-quality tech services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please review our cancellation policy below.

**1. Service Cancellation:**

– You may cancel any service by sending an email to **Hello.xfitechsolutions@gmail.com** at least **48 hours** before the scheduled service time.
– Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the scheduled service may incur a **50% cancellation fee**.
– If a service is canceled less than **24 hours** before the scheduled time, a **100% cancellation fee** will apply.

**2. Refunds:**

– Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the timing of the cancellation. Services canceled outside of the 48-hour window are eligible for a full refund.
– For cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours, 50% of the payment will be refunded.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

**3. Rescheduling:**

– You can reschedule a service up to **24 hours** before the scheduled time at no extra charge, subject to availability.
– Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur additional fees, depending on the specific service.

**4. No Shows:**

– If a scheduled service is missed without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and a full service charge will apply.
